Our primary focus is on small jobs around the home or office. Anything from hanging a ceiling fan or fixing a leaky faucet, to replacing door knobs or installing shelves. There is truly no limit to what we can do, we'll tackle any project on your "to do" list. |

Who will work on my project? |

Carpenter & Co. has a staff of courteous and experienced professional handymen to handle your projects. All are insured and bonded, and each has been rigorously screened and tested. Should a project require skills that exceed the capabilities of our staff, we will consider subcontractors as an additional resource. Alternately we can recommend a qualified subcontractor if you prefer. We leave the choice to you. |

Why involve a subcontractor? |

Our primary focus is on small jobs. But at the same time we want to offer a complete range of services for our customers. Subcontracting the occasional large project (painting an entire house for example) allows us to fulfill one need while keeping our handymen free to service other smaller needs. |

What if I'm disappointed with your subcontractor? |

We stand behind our work. When you accept our proposal, we accept complete responsibility. We promise professional, quality service with every job, whether done by our employees or by our subcontractors. Any subcontractors hired through Carpenter & Co. are our responsibility. We'll resolve any quality, schedule, or payment issues with subcontractors. We want to eliminate your aggravation. |

Do you guarantee your work? |

All work performed by Carpenter & Co. is backed with a one year warranty. Simply stated, we will repair or replace any work completed by Carpenter & Co. if you are not completely satisfied, or if the workmanship is deemed to be defective within one year of completion. The warranty is limited to the scope and cost of work originally performed. Material liability is limited only to warranties provided by the manufacturer. |

Does your warranty cover referred subcontractors? |

We provide referrals in good faith and as a courtesy to our customers. Should you choose to work directly with a subcontractor, we would have no control over the project. Therefore, we would assume no responsibility, nor would we warranty the subcontractor's work. |
